Sunderland/Fulham to relegate Swansea?

If Swansea lose this weekend, and with Sunderland winning tonight. If Fulham and Sunderland win and chelsea beat the swans, they will be right on their arse. Strong possibility depending on this weekends results and Sunderland tonight. We will no doubt finish rock bottom.
