Iain Moody was sacked on October 9th and the relationship with Malky was over.
with hindsight (the weakest form of wisdom) Malky should have gone as well, but the whole senario got dragged out.

Sven is a chancer, but has a proven record. +40% win record at most of his clubs. The media totally ruined his reputation when he was England manager - similar to how they loved to hate Capello who did a good job. Still, not sure I'd go there, but he had the experience you would have needed.

Redknapp would be the worst decision Cardiff would have ever made. Every club he goes to end's up with a MASSIVE financial hangover. Overrated wheeler dealer - the man likes to have add-on agreements with his clubs where any player he signs, when they are later sold he receives a percentage of the profit... jesus christ. I cringe at the thought of QPR's wage bill - I guarantee it's higher than Cardiff's. Seriously take a look at his former clubs, look at what happens to them in the years after his departure. Bournemouth were 2.6 million in debt at one point before he bolted... this is 1991 were talking about here! Think of the players West Ham had to sell lol. The way he bounced from Pompey to Southampton and back to Pompey is enough to put me off him... and now look at Portsmouth, he left in 2008- they've suffered 2 administrations and 3 relegation's in the 4 and a half seasons since his reign. Can't blame it all on him but his spending at Pompey was ridiculous and has caused a lot of their problems. Even Tottenham grew tired of his spending and constant whining and got rid of him. Although that don't sack MacKay song was sung, I think for many it was more a protest at the running of the club that all fans could join in with rather than purely support for Malky!

maybe our defence has fallen to peaces as you put it, is because we actually cross the halfway line now im not saying ole was the answer time will tell. but with malkys tactics of keeping 10 men in our own half normally just in front of the 18 yard line and hoping campbell could break away off a turner hoof to win a corner... imo wouldn't of kept us up

It might have been shit but we got a point, same at Stoke it was painful but we got a point not a lot better at Hull but we got a point. Malky was over the moon with those results because they kept us ticking over to survival, it was just the way he was. People say fans only backed Malky because they were blinded with hate for Tan, well some people were calling for Malky to go because of his style of football but end of the day we were picking up points.

It's all opinions at the end of the day but I honestly believe if Malky was left alone to do his job we would be in a better position than we are now. Ole's here and I will fully support him but his appointment was at the wrong time, it's ultimately sent us down.
