Can't stand palace fans!!

Completely disgraceful; most Cardiff fans booing Wilf as he was subbed.
Any specific idea why that might have been?


Cause they know he'll be a Palace player in a month or two so might as well get the digs in early.

I thought they were the loudest away support in Cardiff this season ( and I too have doubts about how accurate the previous post was about Crystal Palace fans marauding the streets of Cardiff on Friday looking for trouble )

No it was definately booing when he went off

To be fair it was a mixture of both but mainly Noooooooooooooooone from what I noticed from the Canton.

we spoke to one Palace fan (late 50's) on Sloper Road for quite some time before the match - like most of us, quite normal! thought they were a Championship side playing above their natural level.

Thought we were a big place that ought to have a Premiership side - backing, infrastructure, crowds, heritage.

Interestingly he liked his trips to Ninian park - I said you never came in the Grange off the train then under the piss shower...didn't think that was too bad, he said

All things aside, fans are fans of the game - had similar convos with Millwall boys a couple of years back looking for a parking spot in Canton just before a night game where we hammered them 0-0...and a couple of Wednesday boys just after Bothroyd relegated them at the CCS and did his slit-throat gesture

100% booing mate........twice early in game..and then when he went off..

I heard that too - sad, but inevitable really considering who we were playing, and that he refused to do the ayatollah yet when Nooney come on, 5 seconds later sticks one on. Dull if he thought he couldn't do it - I know when we are adults behaving ourselves it shouldn't';t be that important, but in that match, at that point, it would at least have cut him some slack.

I didn't boo him - never have, hope I never will boo a City player - but I could understand the frustration, especially if you've had a few beforehand.

I booed Zaha because he didn't want to be on the pitch and made it obvious - the majority of those around me booed him and it was COMPLETELY justified.

I hope he never wears a Cardiff Shirt again - a true spoilt unprofessional arsehole

As for the palace fans - I really respected them clapping our sea of blue and they embarrassed us with the noise they made
