If we go down we need someone whose been there and done it at that level or someone who has managed in the league before. Give them some money, and let them buy the players who have also the experience and quality to get us back into this league. Can see solkjaer getting a few foreigners in and maybe not having the know how to deal with the league.
Any good suggestions?

I think ole should be given a chance in the championship with a full transfer window at his disposal, only then will I properly judge him people are being way too harsh on him, he just came into the club at a very bad time

Warnock is one of the most successful Managers at this level, he gets a bully team to fight their way out, the only problem is you then need to change it dramatically and sack him to stay up.......
I liked the Wigan team that got promoted with two big hard centre forwards fighting for everything, Ellington and Jason Roberts....

And then what, we are right back in the same situation as we were with malky. Good championship managers are not good enough for them prem, malky, holloway, mcdermot, Adkins. If we got promoted, start shit again, the manager will be fired, starting the circus all over again.

Warnock would never take the job. He said on Talksport he turned down the Forest job becuase their owner Al-Hasawi had too much involvment and big expectations. If he thought Al-Hasawi was ban enough what must he think of Tan!

ffs give ole a chance
this board kept screaming like a banshee that malky should be given time and he was
malky brought his sacking on himself
hes not a man manager just look at his history any player falling out with him don't play again for him (too many to list ) the only one to stand up to him (Conway) was brought back in only to be left out again and now gone
malky aired all his and tans problems in the media , used us fans against tan , who leaked the e mail sent to malky if not malky himself .
tan was going to sack him earlier but was advised to give the fans what they were protesting for (don't sack McKay) and wait for the inevitable losing streak before sacking him which we all know actually happened
I think we have too many sheep like fans on here (follow the leader I am the leader) who don't really think for them selves believe most of the shit rather than facts that get spouted about.

Well a big part of a manager's job is to get the right players in and get rid of the right players. I don't think Ole is poor in those areas. No point in changing managers like West Brom while the squad is not even getting better.

Fans who suggest a manager should be sacked after a few months in charge are not fans of our club, they are a disgrace and embarrassment to our club, the main reason why other clubs see our fans as a disgusting supporters.

Whats the point in promotion when you are going to come straight back down ?
The jacks entered the premier league through the back door, but they adapted to the demands of the premier league very quickly as thier possession style stops the oposition scoring. We pissed the league playing percentage football and came unstuck in the premier as we kept on giving the ball back to far superior players. There is no way leicester and Burnley will do well next year.
We need to play the modern way and it may take a season or three

agree with your point adapted very quickly
that was malky,s job and he fu..ed it up
