What needs to happen now...

Although there's a small, outside chance we can pull off a great escape, the chances are we're probably going down. Yesterday was one of those horrendous home games where you could see the team fold before your very eyes, like vs Ipswich (last game at NP) in 2009 and vs Reading (2nd leg play off) in 2011; not to mention Hull this season...

For me, what needs to happen now is this. Ole needs to pick the same 11 for the last few games; we've seen who is good enough and who isn't (some would argue most of them aren't up to it) so we need our best battlers on the pitch for the last few games if we're to make a go of it.

The games against teams around us where we'd targeted for picking up points are gone, so we can only go out and take what we can get.

Personally though, if we go down, there needs to be more of a concerted effort to get Tan out of the club and get our identity back. Yes, the players and the manager are to blame to a point, but to me, VT and his antics are ultimately responsible for destabilising the club this season and making us the laughing stock of world football. If we go down, I think the club needs rebuilding from the top down, rather than hiring and firing managers and watching players come and go...
