I agree Ole has been somewhat poor, but I have seen enough to believe he can push this club forwards. I do not believe we should be firing managers every 6 months and should give him a go. What if a new manager comes in and he is shit and gets the boot, we are going to be a complete laughing stock and no manager worth his salts would come near us.

If he is to stay then he needs to stick to a formation and consistent team selection but the thing is, no matter how many heavy defeats we take he doesn't learn which makes it hard for me to stay stick with him.

You are right though on the sacking manager thing. It would ruin us if we find no stability.
