Spineless Performance

Fair play to Palace they dont have the best players but they are organised, each and every player knew what they had to it, they were efficent and fully deserved the win, I think 3-0 flattered us if im honest

Our players need to take a good hard look at the selves, second to every ball, second in thought in every situation, did we win a 50/50 all game? The players didnt look bothered in the slightest. The only two who looked like they wanted to give it a go where Theophile-Caterine and Campbell, sadly for the effort they put in they are just not good enough at this level. A spineless performance and where we go from here im not sure. Considering the money we have spent on transfers we have a poor squad with huge holes throughout and next season it needs ripping up and starting again.

Marshall 5 – Not a lot to do really other than pick up the ball from the back of the net, almost cost us a goal towards the end
Taylor 5 didnt do a lot
Caulker 4 – Needed a leader on the pitch
Turner 3 – Infuriating, who told him he was good on the ball??
KTC 6 – Not a fan of his, he isnt good enough but he did put in a shift
Zaha 3 – Yes he can run with the ball when its given to him but his positional play is terrible and just doesnt do enough
Medel 3 – did little, ‘The Pitbull’ ive seen more aggression in a carebear, we will be lucky to get half of what we paid for him.
Mutch 3 – Didnt look interested, floated about with little care and poor on the ball
Daehli 6 – He tried and kept getting on the ball
Campbell 6 – Worked his socks off as usual, made a number of mistakes but worked hard to make up for them, but just not good enough sadly.
Jones 5 – Poor just poor at times he held the ball up but very rarely anyone near him
Ole
I didnt think his starting 11 was to bad, strange you wouldnt start with Noone though. but he took far to long to change anything when things went wrong and I dont think ive ever seen a stranger sub than Jones for Cowie. Im all for giving Ole time and I do feel sorry for him taking over when he did but we should have been getting more points than we have got.
Palace fans were up for it our fans did the usual and moaned all game (with reason), people clapping Ledley totally lost me

The only thing I enjoyed about today was the blue scarfs at 19.27

Mutch disgusted me more than Zaha. Pathetic effort.

Agree with most of the scores for the players.
But I couldnt give Jones more than 2 - and thats being generous. All the Palace team showed heart and desire - Jones seemed to show neither.

Thank you once again for bringing a level head opinion Rebuild, there is nothing else to do. Id rate Medel on 2 today, and i hope we get our money back on him.. Terrible.
