GOAL THREAT: Cardiff's Jordon Mutch

CRYSTAL Palace will need to keep an eye out for a goalscoring midfielder in the Cardiff ranks today.

Jordon Mutch has been in top form for Cardiff this season, scoring seven goals from midfield with many of his 31 appearances coming from the bench.

He has hit a bit of form heading into this weekend's game with Palace, scoring three goals in his last two games. Mutch can play on either flank or in behind the striker and has an eye for goal. He isn't the biggest but he has good vision and has a bit of pace about him too. At only 22 years of age, he has stepped up his game in two years since joining from Birmingham City in 2012 and appears to have found his feet with the Bluebirds, racking up more than 50 appearances for them, more than double the number he managed in the Midlands. He will be one for the Palace defenders to be aware of, for sure.
