The manager has tinkered with his side, the tactics and personnel in probably every game we have played and in recent weeks we have been changing the formation mid first half as the way we have set up has seen us being caught out early on in the games.

I asked a question first!

I agree with the article, but can't see why there are 3 links to the same story!

Good article, I made this point recently, it's all very well having a plan 'B' but Ole MUST get it right from the start. I've given up trying to predict the team or formation, I haven't got a clue what the team might be just HOPE it's the right one with the only result. :bluescarf: :ayatollah:

For the same reason this is always the only article just linked to and not fully copied and pasted on here, to create extra hits for the article on the media walea website so it seems it's viewed/read more than other ones.

Deffo don't want to hear Ole after the game saying,

'Unlucky today'

'We can build on that for Soton away'

3 points and a good performance is the only acceptable outcome

Oh the irony. We used to slag Moans for not having a plan B and we used to slag Milky for being too boring and negative.Though I think a win is vital today I think its premature to lay any blame on OGS for our current situation.

Yeah I agree about formation very much but not so much team selection I think. Was watching blakey and Steve tucker they had a go at OGS team selection. But when it came down to it they made the same team selections as him, with the exception of fabio. I don't see any player that has been unfairly left out of the team tbh.
Players need to look at themselves too, when players aren't pressing the ball at all we are 2 goals down within 10 minutes it's not just down to the manager. Unless he told then to stand still and look at WBA passing the ball around. Which I doubt, he wants to play pass and move fast free flowing football. I would say its a combination of each individual player taking more responsibility and the manager getting the formations right from the start. At the moment Marshall, chaulker and mutch are carrying the team. Campbell and bellamy work hard. The rest need to up their game, it should be a collective effort, each man need to be sharp and give it all they got.
