8 of us have just returned from a few days in Poznan, what a great place for beer and fanny!.Also arranged a tour of their stadium whilst we were there, amazing stadium and only £3 for a tour!.Took our city flag and had a pic on the pitch with their scottish player Barry Douglas (top bloke fair do's).They even tried getting us tickets for the game in Warsaw on the saturday, but it was sold out. I'd re commend Poznan to any city fan and try catch a game whilst there.

Hello mate. Why didn't you get tickets off touts?
I try to do a foreign game every year and we just came back from dortmund vs Schalke and eintracht frankfurt vs Mönchengladback last week. Loved them both but especially the frankfurt game.
Football is a joy to watch abroad. Standing on a terrace with a banging atmosphere with a pint in your hand.
Sometimes I think I'd rather give up on our football altogether and go abroad more often.
We're thinking about the Sofia derby next year or go to dresden then get a train across to Poland for warsaw vs poznan.

Only because it,s just short of 3 hrs from Poznan to Warsaw, too far for 8 of us to take a chance on getting tickets. You obviously went with Lakey then, hope you had a good trip mate. I've been to watch games in Wroclaw and Poznan, makes the premier league look shit,in terms of atmosphere anyway!. Got a few contacts at Poznan now,so hopefully we will catch the Lech v Legia game next season, the polish equivallant of Cardiff v Swansea
