Why completely waste Dhaeli out wide in place of Bellamy? Surely they should be swapped around or even leave the ever so useless Bellamy out.

On paper, Koumas was out on the left during his first spell with us, but playing him wide gave him license to roam. You can't give anyone a free role in the middle, the team loses its shape and it leaves us wide open! Daehli is a little too lightweight at his young age to be in Bellamy's position as he will get bullied by the centre backs, it makes much more sense to play him out wide where he will have more space and he will have more time to turn and run with the ball there. Daehli has been outstanding the past few games down the left, picking up the ball, running at players and cutting in to open things up. Why play him elsewhere to disrupt his recent good form? Ole is playing Daehli perfectly and I want to see him starting in the same position Saturday.

He is not a winger he is more of a cam/trequartista though he can play out wide. He played in the hole against wigan in the FA cup, man of the match. From what i understood he had a free role when he played for his national team and excelled in that role too, again man of the match.
I would like to see him have a go in one of those positions at some point in PL. But I do get your point that he may be too young and lightweight to play there yet however i do feel its a bit of a waste of his talents to play him wide. Bellamy works really hard for the team but lacks Daehlis creativity. Palace would suit Daehli you need someone who can do clever things to unlock their defence. Tbh though i am not even sure OGS will start Daehli i can see him bringing back Kim against Palace.

Ole must be confident if he's only going to play 10 men
