After tonight's Sunderland loss I am happy to confirm that my cloud has lifted a little bit.

I would just like to say thank you to all of you who have supported me through my depressed state. Also thankyou to my doctor for my Mirtazapine sleepers to help me through a peaceful nights sleep, My yoga instructor who has given me extra sessions the past 3 weeks, my family for being a rock when I was standing on sinking sand and a big big thank you to My personal Guru Raam Dev Govind.

A win against Palace is essential to my full mental and emotional recovery.

2blue2handle I am so sorry for being a broken record. I am damaged goods and easily bruised at the moment but my heart , emotions and spirit will heal each and every day i spend time around wonderful supporters such as yourself. We ate all in this together.

I love Horlicks. I always drink Horlicks (light as less calories) and have a few Diazepam (only 2mgs as I am not a junkie) just before the away games and i make a hot water bottle and put it on my belly. It calms the nerves in the stomach.
