According to a Chelsea fan, he says that Chelsea have been offered 2,700 tickets for the final Premier League of the season against us but if they take the full away end allocation then they must travel in bubble.

Or, he says, they can take 50% without any travel restrictions.

Judging by what we accepted at the Chelsea away game, I believe this is very close to being accurate.

We took 50% allocation to not have any travel restrictions placed on us but had we gone for the full amount then we would have had a ticket/voucher exchange, so I guess this is what the Chelsea fan means by a bubble.

If Chelsea are going for the title at our place it could be that there are thousands of Chelsea fans in Cardiff looking to pick up a ticket off touts.

I may misunderstand, but I thought the point of the membership scheme was that there were no 'tickets' available to be touted?

Or, at the very least, the only tickets available for touting are the 'general sale' tickets, which I highly doubt the Chelsea game will have any of...

I think there is a possibility of this Dan.

I doubt there will be any serious trouble. I was banged up in Scrubs with one of them who'd been recalled and was told they wouldn't be looking for it next time we played.
Then again we hadn't been promoted at that point, so I doubt he thought we'd be seeing each other so soon
Anyway, big lump of their lot will still be banned so would be stupid to even travel here let alone try something.
