Was it just us where we were stood but did anyone find this lot totally over the top, let baggies abuse is all day and then wanted to nick anyone who gave it back, and this crap about not being able to have a pint while our lot where away fans shirts and thank them for coming is getting right on my tits, we should treat them like they treat us

On our way out we were all saying the same, they allowed them to abuse us, but City fans were being dragged out or told of all over the place for giving it back, then on the way out the police were out in big numbers watching our fans.
Personally I dont see the problem with just banter, thats what football has been about for over a 100 years. As long as fans are not doing the things we did in the 80's a bit of banter makes atmosphere, just my thoughts on it.

Its the police and stewards not the fans who visit our grounds fault.

I could see outside the ground from where I was sat, and that guy who ran on the pitch was getting a right sorting by the stewards lol

Stewards and the law where way to heavy

and why no beer served ? Is this the norm up there ?

Agree with both of you, not there fans fault at all, and my point about the abuse is I'm all for it but we have to be allowed to give it back, what the games all about.. Coppers were hard work yesterday though

Not serving beer there was pathetic.
Why are some clubs allowed to get away with treating us like crap when we give them the best possible welcome down here.
Our club should have a word with them. Or name and shame the clubs who can't deal with football fans like human beings.
