That last goal has turned everybody away from the fact we needed to win . Yes it was exciting but that was a bad result for us . We needed to win .

He has to stop messing with the team . We played really well against Liverpool but we're cut apart by a very good strike partnership .

Why make 3 changes to a side that has just found it's feet . That starting lineup is nowhere near our strongest , it was full of championship players . Taylor is awful . Turner is young and has potential but cala should be starting and gunnarsson is way out of his depth in the premier league midfield battles .

His tactics of this 5 at the back with wing backs is good at home but when you go to places like west brom all you need to do is match them up . They are not a good team and we gave them to much respect .

He did this sort of rotation in Molde too, though with much better results. I don't think Ole is the kind of manager that you call up whenever your team is in danger of being relegated. The way he wants his team to play is not something you can learn in 10 games. If he does'nt get the boot, I am confident he will get this Cardiff team playing real good football, AND get results. I am just worried he came in a few matches too late to save the team. But if Cardiff gets relegated, I would hold on to Ole, and let him prove himself given time.

Of course we needed to win, but what more can be done after such a bad start. We just need to be happy that we got a point and are still in contention to stay up. A loss and no doubt we were down, I think we we fukt over by the ref again today as well. I believe the team are giving their best and there's not much more they can do, ole shouldn't of started with gunnarsson tho IMO, he has been poor all season and not up to it.

So medel wouldn't head back if kim played? i missed second goal, who was on marking? I missed 3-3 to... fok i need to watch this again! But seriusly. All week people cry for kim and john do get dropped. Now its wrong?

To lay the loss of points solely at Ole's feet is a bit unjust, he should be able to expect his team not to concede 2 goals in 8 minutes. Both of them were very fortunate for WBA aswell.

Sometimes the manager has to look at the way he prepared the team through the week and the decisions he makes in the selection and tactical approach . I'm a big fan of ole I think he will be a superb manager just think today he got it wrong from the start .

Ffs injuries were the reason for team changes

I saw a very interesting comment made by some old PL profile i dont remember the name of.

He ment that the way Ole runs his team makes players believe they can start the game, they will never give up as next match can be their time to shine. Always keeps them on their toes and working hard for that starting position.
That gives self confidence to the players and makes it very hard for other teams to plan their tactics against Cardiff before matches.

A regular 11 means they can have a tactic which is dead on and play on our weaknesses. Now they got to plan for what we could bring and it gives us an advantage.

But it should also be said, he said we would be relegated as we came totally unprepared for this season and lack the quality to survive.

Im a fan of OGS , but think u are spot on about todays starting 11, totally wrong.
Fabio should have played longer as well in my opinion

Show me where I suggested 5 at the back earlier in the week ? I suggested 3 ! I never said that I said we should keep the same formation and players to get some continuity in the team . It is to unsettled . I said to keep the formation but match them up which means you tweak it slightly for each different game . ( ie - instead of the wing backs being in line with the defence they push up into the wingers role . West brom play 2 deep lying wide men so would have been perfect , Liverpool Play 2 high line wide men so we needed to pull them back slightly . Formations are not rigid they can be played with )
