It's game we really should of won but if you look at the table we are 3 points behind west brom with goal difference say 4 a win and a draw we go above them obviously if they lose their game in hand and results go our way if we had lost today a minimum of 2 wins was required even though i think 3 wins we need to stay up

OGS has given our players the one thing a manager really can do to improve a team..

Confidence. The guys show it in every game now that they can get back and they dont give up until the whistle goes.
But sometimes confidence just aint enough when the team lacks quality to play at the highest level.
