I'm shit and used to score goals like that playing down the park as a kid.

Nice to see him enjoying his football mind playing with confidence too. We went for him too early IMO another year or 2 and he might well be worth a move to a bigger league.

Be fair though "Sunday league football" and "down the park is different" I know the Danish league isn't exactly great and Cornelius didn't show the ability we were hoping for but it's a well taken goal, good feet and a neat finish. I hope he has a successful career, things didn't exactly go his way whilst here, long term injury etc. maybe he wasn't ever good enough, time will tell I suppose.

What I was getting at is against people my ability (as a kid obviously just f*cking about) I could do that sort of thing put me up a few levels and I would of struggled..
I wasn't saying they are the same thing just an example off the top of my head really.
Corny couldn't do it in the prem or to a degree in the development team yet first game back at a lower level he scored a hat trick... He's too goo for the level he is at but still some way off being ready for even a smaller club like us.

I was one saying until the death he would prove us all wrong but on reflection I think he should of been left out there another year or 2 to develop.

If I had a few of them fake 20s and he was still with us I'd go to the bookies and chuck £100 on him being championship top goal scorer for us next season wouldn't be a bad bet, then in his second season he could have proved a premiership striker then. Wouldn't been a bad bet really considering haha
