Your estimate is way below the " official " numbers so maybe you are doing it a disservice as well ?

It is just out and out lies and it's the same few posters time and time again.
However by my estimations their were well over 3k, plus the vast majority of the stadium during the game made their feelings for the blue clear. I wasn't on the march so cannot comment on everything but I was in Canton from 11am in the pubs, I saw many splinter groups making their way to the Napier, I saw no racism, no hooligan behaviour, those on the march were not just pissed up uneducated young men that made up the majority of the disastrous BU march but families, ordinary Cardiff fans and obviously many were pissed, like myself, but the difference was there was no anger and aggressiveness that characterized earlier marches.
What are these people trying to achieve by discrediting Saturdays efforts?

You have to take thier estimates in context, the shortest way of illistrating this point.......redordead agreeing with roathie on numbers , poor turn-out etc...........are you going to defend that odious individual? I think he should stay under that name, it's all too easy creating a load of shit then disapearing

It was by no means a poor turn out it was a very well Supported and well organised event . But when people ask on topics for estimates then get slated for being slightly less than others believe that's wrong !
I went by what I saw outside the Napier , the place where the official event started and I honestly thought around 2000 , once you see the pictures you. Can see more joined around the ninian pub area . Which swelled it to around 3.5k or were they just going to the game anyway ? There is no way of knowing .
That is just my opinion though and because it was lower than the op I am discrediting the march and the fight for blue .

A lot of people marking down the the numbers have an agenda, it's reached the point that they are now belittling and intimidating their own fans who merely want to protect their heritage in a peaceful way. just check their post history, i bet that if you spoke to these indivuals in a frank and civilised way, they'd break down in tears and admit that they started out with good intentions and slowly became addicted to trolling and the attention it recieved. They just need a big hug and an open armed we;lcome back into the fold. We make mistakes

When you've calmed down and your not boiling, kindly point out where a City fan has mocked anything blue?

So what your saying is only certain people who agree with you are allowed an opinion on certain matters ?
He is giving his estimate on the numbers he believed turned up which is not far off IMO aswell .
But others who believed there were slightly less are just trying to discredit the efforts of the organisers ? That's a load of bollocks and you know it !
And what do you mean people like me ?
I haven't said anything bad about the march , I just believe everybody is entitled to an opinion especially on a forum and shouldn't get ridiculed for it
