Got a water leak under my extension any suggestions who would do the job as welsh water won't touch it?

switch water off, you should be covered by your home insurance

you need to phone welsh water,as leek will not be your side of the stop tap...

I had a leak last year,it was my sewer, phoned my insurance they got the company they use out and sorted it

Who ever fixes it dont dig a hole in your floor to get to it cos you will break your damp proof membrane if you got one,find the water pipe out side in the ground cut it off then run plastic back into house a different way then tap into any part of your cold water circuit ,must put stop cock where you tap into water circuit hope this helps .

Cowboy builders most prob the extension was built before I moved in
if copper pipe is run in screed it should be wrapped in denzel tape....or the pipe will corrode,the screed will be 75mm thick and easy to chop up.......but im guessing you got a tiled floor..

The existing Galveston pipe is run underneath the extension an I don't know where they have joint on! Thanks for the number mate will ring tomorrow!

Thanks mate he's coming out tomorrow to have a look. The insurance sed they won't payout for the leak to be repaired just damage it may have caused.
