I'm a student studying abroad in America right now as part of an exchange, I'm really enjoying it and one of the weird things about being here is that most City games are now at 8 in the morning but I still watch streams for games if they're available. Football (or 'soccer' as they call it) isn't as big here in the US as it is back home, but there are still plenty of opportunities to play in what is called co-rec soccer which is basically an event which takes place three times a week where 8-9 a side games are held, usually about 6 teams are created. I proudly wear my (blue) CCFC tops when playing and, being the only Welshman I've noticed so far, get asked quite a lot about my team and where I'm from from both Americans and fellow international students. Many who follow the British leagues recognize the badge on my jersey but I never get asked about how I think my team is faring or about the result the previous weekend, it's all about what I think about the rebrand and the ''crazy owner'' of the club. I find it such a shame that even over here our club has been publicized for all the wrong reasons, and that I get asked more about the political side of the club rather than the footballing side. As an additional note, I have an international friend here from Malaysia who, when I asked did he know who VT was before he was making headlines in Cardiff, didn't have a clue who he was. Says something perhaps?
Whenever I get asked about these questions howevever I've always given the same response: I'm a Bluebird. No matter where I am, the clue is in the name. No one man is bigger than our club.
And importantly let's make sure we get behind the team every match day, all you guys who can go to the games will have to do my singing and shouting for me please.

For the Bluebirds.
