Today's formation.

There was a nice shape about us today. It was a shame Declan was caught ball watching a few times but....He's only a nipper for f**k sake!! Heard 2 boys ripping him apart in the toilet at HT. I never bite but, I ad to let rip, they were also slating Bellamy. "He's a waste of space, he can't beat his man", etc etc. Bellamy was spot on today, worked his ballocks off! Always available, never lost the ball, made the right runs and EFFORT!!! When r people goin to realise, we possess a player in Bellamy, some1 beyond his prime. Look at giggs midweek! He didn't go past his man once, yet.......He was the best player on the park!
Let's forget about Bellamy as a player who could/would catch pigeons.....Instead, we av a player who can influence our game in other ways.
Mutch is the real deal boys. We talk about Marshall and Caulker. I'm afraid, Mutch is our 1st casualty!
I'm certain he'll go to Man Utd.

His age is irrelevant, he needs to be better. It's an unfortunate situation for him but he was so poor.

Bellers I thought did well.

Bellamy did well but he doesn't really suit a 5-3-2 he isn't able to get wide without isolating Campbell and isn't that good centrally.

John had a poor game, his main problem was Liverpool played without a right sided player so John would drift in field and Johnson would get the space. If we go down we could probably do with another left back or Fabio's will end up first choice out there.

Then who would we play at RB We haven't got much choice...

Connolly, Brayford, McNaughton, KTC.

Also I'm still not sure Mutch will go, he's not on cheap wages and he's very injury probe and I don't think Tan will sell cheap.

Well the way I see it the manager shouldn't be playing him in games like this he's not defensively sound enough - yet

Age is totally irrelevant but, he finds himself in a position he shouldn't b in, and that's a relegation dogfight! Declan is goin to b a quality player. Today he ad a poor game position wise but, whilst on the ball, he was confident, composed and always found the right pass. So yes, age is irrelevant, I agree but.........He should never b thrust into this scenario! :ayatollah:

This formation prob suits Bellamy perfectly. He's got the freedom to stay wide, join Campbell up top, tuck in and help in midfield, whilst still avin our wing backs offering width. Thought he was superb today, he ad a mini free role, joinin Campbell up top, giving us an option out left, tucking in giving us an extra man in midfield, and helpin out his fullback. :ayatollah:
