3 goals against the in form team of the league

Sat Mar 22, 2014 5:06 pm

Couldn't ask for more, no one expected a win and to get 3 goals I am very happy, man utd even struggled to get a goal against the in form team of the league. I am very optimistic for the rest of the season after today's display and believe we can stay up. Really enjoying the football over the last couple of months may it long continue :ole:

Total agree mate! Top post, need positivity not negativity! We have every chance of staying up with our fixtures. The blues are staying up :ayatollah:

If you look at three goals from LFC - they were awfully lucky.

The lucky no pass look to Suarez
The mishit header by Caulker
The potential foul on Cala

3 easy goals that really could have landed on the other side of the coin. But LFC is dangerous and Suarez scores for fun against teams on the bottom half of the league.

Everyone is looking better each game, John had a rough time though and LFC made a point to exploit him whenever they could.

Im not sure what the footie experts on the board expected. But liverpool scored 82 goals in pm this year. Im over the moon from the team spirit and effort, and the teams arround us is struggeling big time. Cant wait for the next games (and the annual weekend "annis slating solskjaer" show) :ayatollah: :ole:

We also conceded a goal while 2 players were having treatment.

I think even the most biased of fan can see we have come on leaps and bounds under Ole.

Good point

Although to be fair to LFC - they did create a lot of chances, some are bound to go their way. But it was a lot closer than the scoreboard imo.

Never felt better after a loss - first time we have played well under OGS IMO and the first time we have looked like a prem team all season!

Yet we are still to take one point of a top 10 team under Ole, lets start getting some more points and the 3pts are without needed at WBA away, to me if we dont get 3pts, then I will virtually concede were down. At the end of the day, no matter how we play, its points that matter from now on, nothing else
