Looked more like 2,000 but for arguments sake lets say 2,500.In answer to your question Vincent Tan was spot on and like I've always said ,and been proved right today is that the majority of fans are behind VT.

So if you were not at the march you automatically support and love the rebrand and VT ? Great logic

The lack of people attending the protest tells you everything you need to know, some people i talked to estimated about 1,500 were marching, very poor i think you'll agree .

for me there is no problem with red,my friends say the same.

Where was the 90% pro tan support march. If soo many fans are pro red let's see how many turn up for one of those. You seem to have so much time on your hands as your spending most of your spare time posting on here. Organise it.......

Re: So Tan was right?

Sat Mar 22, 2014 5:11 pm

Its not about "pro red" its about opposing red.

Only 8% oppose it, while 92% seem to not want to oppose it.

Dont know why biting cos you know full well your wrong. 3000 the figure just quoted on BBC Wales news a great turnout by any standard. Like someone said the other day 1 millon marched against british involvement in the war in iraq didnt mean the other 59 million supported it. You know this as well as me. Cock

Re: So Tan was right?

Lets look at the facts.
All these organisations finally came together under one banner, they had plenty of media exposure such as the echo, sky sports and social media and it was billed as the big one,but what did the numbers amount to,barley 2,000.A very poor turnout Imo.

Re: So Tan was right?

Sat Mar 22, 2014 5:30 pm

I would say it was around 4500 comfortable
The sea of blue inside the stadium was impressive as well.

Thats because the march was hundreds of miles away from a lot of people.

27,000 fans were all in one area of a mile squared. Only 10% opposed the red enough to protest.

You can make silly comparisons all you like and call me all the names you wish... But those are the facts.

The blue and the scarves inside the ground spoke for itself. Looked brilliant.

redordead, how about you organise a Vincent tan appreciation march? He's obviously getting not getting any inside the ground, so if you think he deserves that much credit why not organise one? I bet you'll struggle to get 25 people to join in, never mind 2500.

So if you didn't march you don't want Cardiff in blue? I can quote 20 names of the top of my head, people who hate the red but for whatever reason did not 'march'.

Desperate attempt at a wind-up from a jack who saw a real club culture come alive today in Canton. :D

It was more like 4 - 5,000, so Who are you quoting?

Re: So Tan was right?

I guess Tan is good with numbers.. Can we get back to lobbying the board now? Arguing some economic sense, or do we keep singing "tan is a wanker"?

It's because he's never had anybody agree with him before (apart from his multiple usernames of course).

Tragic.

3000 of 28000 is more than 10% so that makes Tan wrong.

2500 of 26,000 home fans is less than 10%.

But had a statement from the police it was 4000. So from 26000 that's well over 10%

Police always overstate marches through populous areas as they take into consideration the "normal people" going to the game that happen to be walking the same route too.

2500-3000 tops seems to be the figure most are saying.... however when a larger figure comes out then that seems to be the figure everybody remembers :D

Re: So Tan was right?

Sat Mar 22, 2014 5:58 pm

Normal people don't stand outside a football stadium entrance.
