No it doesn't. The league is better then the others.
Just because the Spanish an German leagues top clubs are better then the Premier Leagues doesn't mean the whole leagues worse.

It would be interesting to see how Barca, Real or Bayern would fare over a full season against Premier League teams with repetitive high tempo matches.
