I know a bit about this through my training , here goes ! If you can get Vinny in a rear naked choke then you can slowly choke him unconscious. Then you can make your citizens arrest , I don't mind training you up for this by the Napier Saturday if you want. But the answer is YES

Only if he commits an arrestable offence. Having see the size of his bodyguard, I would not advise it!!
