From all the goings on of late i.e. the culmination of the protest and the relegation battle I feel we need to establish a sense of unity and pride within our club and amongst our supporters. Lets stand up for ourselves and our club and city's traditions. We are a blue city in a red nation, from the Bluebirds to the Cardiff blues our sport within the city has always been associated with blue.
Tan obviously will not budge on the red matter but let's stand up and make this protest a success and show tan how much it means to us. Clearly any rational minded person would not solely rely on a colour for success but this whole saga has been drawn out for too long, the majority of fans want blue back and let's show this to tan and the footballing world!
And for all the fans intent on ridiculing the nature of the protest and how it will not influence tan, that shouldn't be a relevant point, we as a fan base need to establish some sense of pride and unity within out club and maybe a protest like this can spark that within us and focus us and what will be a tough finale to the season, we have 8 games left, we need every ounce of support not only for the players on the pitch but within the stands.
Which brings me to my final point I detest fans slating players and writing them off to then backtrack their opinion and praise them once we win! We can't change our squad anyway so why not support the players, and it makes me blood boil when the 'milky' brigade begin to slate the previous manager! Shows a lack of class and appreciation for anything and these type of fans need to jump off their high horse and begin to support rather than sit at a keyboard playing a manager sim or FIFA thinking that the football game is easy!
