Signed Premier league home shirt

A family member is currently auctioning a signed home jersey with all the players signatures on it from this season!

The shirt is being auctioned for the Sophie Pearson foundation.
Sophie passed away after a short period of illness. She was diagnosed with a heart condition, called Dilated Cardiomyopathy, in March 2006 and was then treated at the Children's Heart Unit for Wales in Cardiff's Heath Hospital. Since this time Sophie's family and friends have been raising money for the Children's Heart Unit for Wales in her memory.
