It's because he is now in his true position . He is not a full back which showed the first few games , he is too poor defensively .
Much better today :ayatollah:

He hadn't had much game time this season.

He has got the name of a gay sailor.

He hadn't a full competitive game all season really, just needed time to adjust and get back to his best really. Also he is now playing in his actual position as a right sided full/wing back instead of a left sided full/wing back, Next season whether in the Prem or Championship we shall see his full potential. You dont get to play 2 games for Brazil if you are shit. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

He looked class yesterday, put a sublime ball through for Campbell who should of done better.

He makes some great runs, if only Kim released the trigger a bit earlier at times, he thrived in the role and when we scored he was delighted a lot! Some fans can say 'newer' players don't care but Cala, Fabio and Daehli were buzzing when we scored yesterday, with photographic evidence :ayatollah:

Problem is he can,t do the basics and defend, he is a fullback at the end of the day.

Personally, I don't think we have seen the best of Fabio yet. He still has a lot of potential, a good run of games will build his match fitness and he will be a major assets next season which ever league we are playing in.

No there is no way he could possibly have been playing good football because loads of our fans dismissed him as a shit player after seeing him play 80 minutes of football?

If he's playing well then that surly means that a large portion of our fans have no idea what they are talking about - that can't be the case?

He's even excellent since the Hull game, so has a lot of other players. He was rated as a better prospect by Man Utd than his brother when they first went there but struggled with injuries a lot. The more he plays the better he will get. As mentioned above, he played a great ball through to Campbell. He does get to right to players sometimes but that is inexperience. Him and John will be excellent full backs if we go down and a full season championship level will help get them ready for PL again WHEN we win the league again
