Brownie v Polo...

Sat Mar 15, 2014 2:34 am

Froch v Groves got diddley squat in comparison to the verbal jousting and apparent dislike shown between these two.

Any budding promoters able to set up a boxing match between them or perhaps a game of conkers to settle their differences? Perhaps a mass debate (and I dont mean a wanking contest as we know that'll be scored a draw) with the audience choosing topics?

*All monies donated to the South Wales Federation of Immigrant Taxi Drivers who supply sat navs and a local road atlas to their members.

As PJ & Duncan once said 'Lets get ready to rumble!'

You cannot debate with a compulsive liar who actually believes his own lies.

His latest is he has been best friends with Dave Jones for decades and throughout the house music era

Polo loads of the boys would back me up that we would go to nights when Dave was playing in the late 90s, which means that by using the word 'decades' is correct!!! I even think on a few occasions the OPs brother went with us too

Just to be a geek.

Decades is a period of 10 years and doesnt mean 1980-1990 for example. Common misconception.

The only accurate use of the plural decades is if the thing you are discussing is 20 years or more.

Dave helped launch the Time Flies nights in 1992/93, you were 13/14 then you absolute whopper and the OP and his brother were going clubbing long before you showed your ugly face.

You were still going to the zone with kayman and trevor trumpet in the late 90s then fucked off travelling at the end of the 90s.

You are a compulsive liar

Youve been best friends with Dave since the late 90s and throughout the music scene yet left for London in your 20s as you had got in with the wrong crowd. Your only 35 now and its 2014. The numbers dont stackup bra.

You were nowhere to be seen in 98 you whopper. You being on the house scene in 98 is as big a lie as you following Cardiff back in the day.

So whilst thinking on your feet you opted to blame everyone else?

There wasn't any other options?

You could've gone along with the 'I'm a f*cking plank' defence.

They'd have bought that.
