Milky would have signed him, given him a huge signing on fee, 45k a week and then let him go on holidays until the end of the season.

No.

He couldn't be bothered to give his all for a relegation threatened WBA so what makes you think he'll want to give his all here?

West Bromwich Albion give 14 days' notice to Nicolas Anelka

By Subhankar Mondal, Reporter

Last Updated: Friday, March 14, 2014 at 23:24 UK
West Bromwich Albion have given Nicolas Anelka a 14-day notice to terminate his contract.

The Premier League outfit have issued a statement claiming that they have formally written to the 35-year-old striker to inform him of his sacking.

Earlier on Friday evening, the Baggies stated that they had not come to any formal decision on whether to terminate the Frenchman's contract that was due to come to an end at the end of the season.

That was in response to Anelka's claims on social networking site Twitter that he had "decided to free" himself and "terminate the contract" as he could not accept "certain conditions" laid down by West Brom.
