Stadium Expansion - forced to move seats??

Tue Mar 11, 2014 11:15 pm

Anyone know if this is true?

If we expand, the away end needs to expand so logic says people near the away end will have to move

However, I haven't seen anything mentioned about this

Of course, we'll need to stay up but would appreciate any knowledge people may have on this

Thanks :ayatollah:

Not fully knowledgeable about it but i think the premiership rules are 10% of capacity or a min of 3000 available to away fans. Don't know if it's the same in championship mind.

Trueblue after our conversation earlier regarding Block 116 moving seats if remaining in Premiership. Gezza was at the club earlier today and asked the question and apparently it's true!!! Why not mention it before renewing season tickets, this club is a f**king joke.

I don't know the definitive answer but if the club are in the Premier League next season with a 33,000 capacity then we would offer a minimum of 3,000 seats to away fans.

If that is the case then 300 seats would have to become part of the away end that are currently home seats at present.

If I were to hazard a guess then I would think that 118 would be the block that would be used.

Only my opinion though. :ayatollah:
