When people say they are going to holiday in Turkey I always wonder do they undersand the situation in country.

A country that is seen as the gateway to so many countries that are hotbeds for extremism, I couldn't think of a worse place for a week in the sun!.

Re: Turks again...

Mon Mar 10, 2014 9:37 pm

I made that mistake in 1999,got stabbed up on Marmaris beach in broad daylight in front of my kids, the twats tried to scam us with jet-skies,stuck up for myself, and the c@@t used his knife on me,these people cant play fair.. :angry4:

Re: Turks again...

What bollocks!! Have been visiting turkey over 20yr,never had an ounce of bother.Even went to Istanbul in 07 to watch Fenerbahce v galatasary with a good friend from Turkey who was living in London at the time.do not get me wrong, the turks solve things a lot different to us(regards level of violence used) but I have always found in general they are a friendly race.Have had more shit thrown my way,in this country! Including being bottled over the head, for asking some young arsehole to not sit on MY car! Twats and cowards everywhere as far as
I am concerned,including this country.

Hate that f*cking place. Hell on earth. Got threatened anf called all sorts of wankers/cnuts etc infront of my family when I wouldn't pay way over the odds for some lacoste / paul &shark gear. Scum of the earth. Glad to get the feck out of there.

Turkey

Fake and fierce

Cheap fags, bags and steroids.

How people can contribute to their economy by going on holidays there is flabbergasting.

I won't even go in a kebab shop here, dirty stabbing bastards.
Steal ur money and shag ur kids.

Oh, sorry, my mistake, they are just misunderstood and it's my fault they stab so many people

Stinks of racism, one bad experience and you all slag the whole turkish race!! This country has its problems too, which are just as bad! So its ok to hurl chairs, bricks, and on some cases use knives here, but when its in another country, they are scum? Narrow minded bigots the lot of you!! My mate who was a bouncer in cardiff, was stabbed to death, whilst doing his job! Suppose thats ok to you lot,cos its here?my brother in law was stabbed three times in ely only three years ago,so f*cking get real. And to you jackf:you were probably disrespectful in a foreign country, and didnt like the fact you could'nt mouth off and gey away with it! I know stacks of people who visit Turkey on a regular basis, and have never heard of any of them having a bad experience regards the Turkish people, some of the youngsters can be a bit gobby, but no different to this country.

Re: Turks again...

Calm down dear, a fair amount of Turkeys are scum compared to our football fans.

We've moved on when they haven't.

Re: Turks again...

Tue Mar 11, 2014 11:47 am

I've never been to Turkey and don't really have plans to go. I'm sure the majority of people there are lovely and parts of it look beautiful but I wouldn't want to take my family there. Not after the experiences my wife and others I know have had there.

That said, in footballing terms, they've got a major problem that UEFA really seems to choose to ignore. I feel sorry for the true fans who had a game disrupted by a bunch of violent cunts.

Re: Turks again...

I am calm ya fool! Moved on have we?? So why are there so many posters on here, who revel in a good old tear up whenever the opportunity arises, and would love to go back to the dark days that blighted our'e club, its just we have modern stadia compared to turkey, and police here are more in control here.we have scum here ffs so just because they are turks its ok to say all turks are the same? Racism as I said.as to the poster who will not go into kebab shops, you will find,if you ask, that a lot of the people who run them, are indeed kurdish!.

TURKS are the scum of this earth mate. Horrible nation, and after what the cowardly cunts did to two innocent leeds fans was nothing but a disgrace.
and of course I don't mean every turk but the spine-less cunts who go to football and think its ok to use a blade.
COWARDS the lot of them, amd I wont go in a kebab shop in my country to help the scum

Re: Turks again...

Pant: I ain't on no high horse ya fool, just pointing out that people who tarnish a whole nation, because of the actions of a minority!!won't go in a kebab shop to help them? Wtf.Have lived for many decades being labelled as scum, whilst supporting the city, never got into the violence, but still tarred with the same brush,as the mindless morons who did, giving the whole of ccfc supporters bad press, you cannot deny there are some, even today, would love nothing better than having violent clashes if they could get away with it.some topics on here have been about"the good old days" harking back to the dark days, when we were hated by everyone! f*cking racism is still rife amongst some of our fans,if I had a bad experience whilst having an Indian meal, does that mean in your'e blinkered opinion I should hate ALL Indians?? I see none of you mention the right wing facists of Poland/russia etc with they're racisism and hatred filled violence.that ok with you I guess? f*cking do gooder! Pissed myself reading that line!! Touched a nerve have I? What for thinking some of the posters on here are racist? The truth is they/you are!

If you think a shop keeper calling a customer a cnut in front of his wife and young children is acceptable then fine. If you think itd acceptable to be threatened in said shop is ok then fine. Personaly I think its a f*cking disgrace and totally unacceptable. Also do you honestly think I would behave in the way you outlined with my wife and young kids there? Finally it was turkey I was slagging off just fcuking marmaris. Shit hole full of scum.

Re: Turks again...

Tue Mar 11, 2014 7:21 pm

We avoid the touristy areas to be honest, but if you were treated like that in marmaris then I agree its not acceptable.I can only go by my experience, and the many friends who have been frequenting turkey for many many years. One or two have experienced minor gobbyness at the many markets visited, but not on the scale that you portray.but people post inane bollocks sometimes and come across as racist, mainly due to ignorance in best part, but some are definately racist.for instance,"all turks are scum" comment.what other conclusion, other than racist can I come to? To say a whole nation are scum,on the basis of one bad experience is wrong in my opinion.its racist.one comment made me piss though."its the gateway to all the countries where extremism(I take it the poster was refering to muslims)so therefore because of its proximity to the east, all turks are scum! Ffs couldn't make it up!!

Why did the OP put up a photograph of Fenerbache fans invading the pitch at Trabzon.

I can guarantee that there were no supporters from Istanbul, apart from the hooker pubs, anywhere near Trabzon Monday night.

My office manager was late picking me up, our lady that does had to go to the hospital to pick up her young son, 10 maybe, coppers kicked the crap out of him. I wasn't there, had tickets but it was pissing down (hint for the lefties, get free rain plastic things) so didn't bother.

Sum up, left wing islam, they really don't give a f**k, when Allah, Alan, Alun, Sally or Berty the sheep calls the numbers up so they don't care. Elections at the end of the month, going to be interesting.

Been a strange country for a good few years, first gang rape I saw was 25 or so years ago, illiterate left wing islamics. Pissed up British bird, the waiters, bar men and a few of their mates all joined in. I had to step in as I couldn't a beer...

We don't care if you had a tough time in Turkey. Your just a vile little troll who has wrote about stabbing cardiff fans on here. You could get gang raped in Turkey for all we care.
