Frazier Campbell

Not his biggest fan, needs too many chances to score, however he worked his absolute bollocks off today.

Kim and Mutch were a disgrace first half and FCs effort put them to absolute shame.

The passion in his celebrating after the opener was a joy to see. Came right over to the Ninian and was as vocal as the fans.. Nobody can criticise his effort.

Baz good to hear.

He looked seriously pissed off when tracking up my end (1st half) and passing kim, mutch and noone.

Total respect for him today.

I'm glad he's getting some credit, he's never going to be prolific in the Prembut you can never question his commitment.
What a shift! :ayatollah:

The better of two shit teams if we are totally honest mate.

You cant keep changing formation and 4/5 players IMO but its worked today.

I fear for us against Everton and Liverpool tho

To say OGS hasn't got a scooby is stupid. Ole knows more about forward players than any city manager imo, he obviously knows Campbell's pace and tried something new out, and it worked. Today was probably his best performance in a city shirt. One thing I don't like is his squad rotation system mind. :ole:

He always works his socks off and if the rest of the team gave the same effort we wouldn't be in the position we are now

Were you at the game?

Two god awful teams if you are honest.

Thankfully Fulham void of any confidence cos 1st half especially we didnt have a f*cking clue what system we were playing.

Indeed I was at the game sat in the Ninian, don't really understand what that has to do with me praising Ole and Fraizer (which this post is about) Fraizer works his ass of every game, the only game that I can recall I slagging him of is after Bolton in the cup. I agree that it was to awful teams fighting for a win but when we are on the ball we look good its when it comes to defending our Midfielders (exept for Medal) do not like to help out our deffence (who played amazing today) which is why we look out of shape. Ole simply needs to stop the formation/squad rotation. :ole: :ayatollah:

Perhaps the rotation gets the best out of the players? :old: :ayatollah:

Perhaps it does but constant change of formation cant?

Re: Frazier Campbell

We have always appreciated tryers perhaps more than skillful players and that's why Campbell is a gem would love him to score more but as long as he runs his arse off he should be the first forward on the team sheet. It showed is influence when he got took off it gave the Fulham defenders the chance to move their back line toward the half way line the first chance they had all game. His value to the team was Optimised when he covered Declan johns run in the first off and made an important tackle. We'll done Campbell will always appreciate a tryer over a prima Donna anyday.
