Malaysians go to City games for free?

Was speaking to a Malaysian guy in uni today and he mentioned that they get to go to City games for free if they're Malaysian. Did everyone else know this or am I late to the party? If it's true, I think it's disgusting that us true fans have to pay and they don't

Of course they sit together, in different parts of the ground, they sat by me once, over the grandstand another time, depends on where the tickets are spare I suppose.

However, that is not an Asian Only section of the ground which you claimed you whopper.
