Ticket help, Fulham

Had 5 in my basket last night but couldn't book them due to only having my member number. Still don't know if it's possible to get 5 when late in gs. But not 5 together now 
gutted as kids think thier going. Can anyone shed any light on how I can book in the future??? Or if anyone can help us o Saturday
