But if the rumours are true, then this would amount to gross misconduct and Tan could have sacked him straight away. He wouldn't have needed to give him the option to resign.

This OP is obviously on a windup as really this is not a surprise at all. If Tan is going to go public it does not take a, genius to work out it will be something about the Acorn transfer. Tan drop a bollock by mentioning this and if things go to court this will put him with one hand tied behind his back. The courts do not look on favourable when mitigation starts and one side tries to influence the public.

But malky hadn't had any money and only people on here said moody was paid up in full but the same people said malky was untill it came out he wasn't hmmmm I suppose we will wait and see the truth always comes out in the end

Really? I knew Malky hasn't received the full amount but I just presumed that was due to it being paid in installments and the complicated nature of severance packages. No idea about moody, but I'm going on the same theory with his compensation.
