I need to borrow 700 weather it be payday loan or personal loan, can any one recommend a direct lender and not a broker

If you can try and avoid the payday loan route as you can never get your head above the water with them. There cunts mate.

Depending on your credit rating try and ask the bank for the money. Overdraft or something. With a Pay day loan you will be looking at £25 interest for every £100 you borrow. At least. Try family or freinds first if you can.

Its what is reasonable in the coursts eyes. You are trying to make a payment but your outgoings are to great to be able to pay anymore. Try doing some research before being a c**t next time

Listen mate be carefull.......these companies dont take people to court..they sell the debt on or get debt recovery companies in to do the dirty work for them...........not always legal bailiffs and not always the type of people you want knocking your door.go and speak to citizans advice.

Alot of Payday lenders offer a decent service, it is the people taking the money who takes the piss and pays the consequences.

I'd stay well clear of them unless it's a short term loan and you can afford to pay them back in full. Too easy to get up to your neck in it, and if you can't pay it back, it may affect your chances of further loans/mortgage etc for years to come. A bank overdraft is the best way for short term borrowing, but like someone has already suggested, if the bank won't give you an overdraft, borrowing from maybe the family would be best, and save you a lot of sleepless nights in the future.

Avoid payday loans try and get a personal loan if you can , if not try family/friends , I would stay well clear of the payday loans at all costs if I were you
