Tottenham were shocking against us weren't they? They played a game Thursday & played like they just rolled out of bed. Very lacklustre performance by them & were lucky they were playing us.

After the game, I was upbeat about the performance but in hindsight I really do feel we should of got something from WHL.

The only thing Ole has managed to achieve after our last game is to able to look himself in the mirror & talk incoherently that he never let the fans down. (De Niro style) with debatable truthfulness.

the magnificent 7 are still not cutting it for us to stay in the PL next year. (Apologies to Cala, you're a good un')

Its not Ole's fault because he has a small budget apparently. I wonder how much the magnificent 7 cost in total.

VT actually told his customers to apologise for the farcical goings-on this season in the build up to this match. Everyone who is not offended/bothered by that statement is not a City fan.

Ole does not cry himself to sleep every night because of past mistakes by Malky. If he is as intelligent as everyone says he is, then he had his eyes-wide-open when he accepted this job & his salary.

On what basis do we believe Ole is a better manager than 100's of others who may of been short-listed?

1) Because he was a player under Fergie?
2) Winning Norwegian league titles in his homeland?
3) The impact on the club thus far?
4) Blind faith & devotion to CCFC?

Steve Mclaren won a Dutch league title (not his homeland) with FC Twente. He was never mentioned as a candidate, interesting that.

Ole might not be as stubborn about implementing tactics that does not suit the squad. Indeed, he made the changes to nullify the thread of Tottenham. However, why did he take Bellamy off when he was one of the best players? Why did Kim play 90mins when he is not very good? (edited for a clean thread)

Ole almost completed the work he done on the training pitch with aplomb. His substitutions during that match I am unsure about.

Why are people upset by others calling Tan a winker? This is football not the ballet. If you don't like bad language then stick to xmas pantos.

That is all I can think of for now, I need a warm cup of coco, bye.

You change your mind like Barnett, nobody takes him seriously anymore. Just be mindful.

I felt we played well after the game, looking back though it was only Lennon that looked lively for Spurs. We need shock results or its probably over

. I am fairly certain if spurs had played on Friday they would have fancied their chances against us we were rock bottom as confidence goes and on the back of a sweeping loss. The performance was much better than I expected it would have been, hard to have got worse than the week before. Putting a rare positive spin on it i would prefer to say it was our improved performance rather than a tired spurs team

Spurs were very poor..and have been so for 4 or 5 games, their football is similar to ours only with a much better group of players ,like us they rarely strung 3 or 4 passes Sunday.failed to produce any sustained pressure on us . fortunate that they were not playing a better team than us is the truth.
thats the reality
the only positive in the game was i dont think we can fault the players effort, they gave it their all.
the big negative........creative football means creating chances and we didnt and dont. Kim and Gunner didnt happen.....
i know most dont see or want to see this but Whitts sat out there at the front of our midfield,NOT expected to cover 10k and make 50 tackles, but just produce one perfect pass or score 1 goal is whats required.....our attacks Sunday were often that 1 ball short, FC made 3 or 4 brilliant runs, would be through, and the ball doesnt get there..........
anyway.........i thought Malkys football was dogshite............but playing creative football that does not create chances is catching up quickly//Ole needs to find a way to score goals.......Mutch 3 assists..Whitts 4...both no starting when we are so so desperate..............im losing faith

Interesting stat that Whittingham has created more chances for others this season. I am guilty of getting frustrated at times with him, but he does have an incisive pass in his locker. :ayatollah:

its what so many people miss, he could have been out there last Sunday, pissed EVERYONE off for 80 odds minutes, but one of those slide rule passes and maybe we get a point...FC worked his nuts off.and made many a very intelligent run just to see the ball cut out..........and besides that......what other Cardiff players have goals in their locker?

Its hard to take when Kim gets in the team & offers little. Gunnarson I like because he has a decent work ethic, but nothing much to offer with the ball at feet. Not looking good for OGS when he is still struggling to get the best 11 in the team on a consistent basis

a lot of our fans have become so used to malkyball, where actually having the ball is secondary to chasing around with gritted teeth, that quality is overlooked. Sunday was a real gutsy performance. and tbh i stayed to clap at end for their efforts, but we lacked quality..kim has no positive effect on games, and i like Gunner too,but he really is a last resort stop gap who isnt quite good enough at this level.
