Dispatches: Hate on the terraces.

Dispatches goes undercover to reveal the extent of racism and homophobia in top flight English football.
It started at 8pm. For those who missed it at 8 it's on sky channel 135 at 9pm.

I was at WHL yesterday and I will be lodging a formal complaint to the FA that I was never at any point throughout the game called a Sheep Shagger or Welsh-Cunt. The Metropolitan Police were also unacceptably polite and helpful, whilst even laughing at my comment to an officers remark about us playing in red, when I said, 'we used to be The Boys In Blue too, mate'. Not even the time-honored gesture of a swift crack on the side of the knee with a truncheon or even a token dog-bite was offered. After the match, several of the worst ones even gave us directions back to the coaches and wished us a safe trip! My suspicions initially arose when upon walking the half mile or so from the coach to the stadium, not even one machete-wielding maniac emerged from the many surrounding sink estates and I was also not once subjected to a rain of housebricks. I don't know what the game is coming to and I shall be copying my communication to Clark Carlisle, who has promised to read it just as soon he manages to pull his head out of his self-righteous arse. Poofs.

I read a preview and got the impression it was all about Millwall, Chelsea when they play spurs and West ham when they play Spurs and away games at Brighton

With the greatest respect to the film-makers I think that any football fan in the country could have told them that those three would be trouble spots...

I'd say 99.9% of the chanting wasn't hate. Just people trying to get under the oppositions skin.

In bad taste. It is what it is though.

It reminded me of the "show us your visas" chant that occasionally gets aired at our away games. Embarrassing.

Racism is alive and well,just look at the amount aimed at vt by Bu and others,it sickens me.
