Everton tickets

I'm a member who has done 6 aways this year, couldn't get a ticket when they went to st holders with 4 aways this year and now they are no longer on sale on eticketing. It doesn't say sold out though? Anyone know what is going on? When I spoke to the woman on the phone last week when criteria dropped she said the were some left and they would be announcing the new criteria in next couple of days!
