Is today a turning point for Cardiff City?

Sun Mar 02, 2014 6:31 pm

We performed well today so surely we can take some confidence from this. 3 points from our next winnable game against Fulham would see us right back in the fight! :ayatollah:

We can't score a goal for FFS ,personally I think we are doomed,I'm not a pessimist just being honest

We are 2 points behind Sunderland who have 2 games in hand. We are effectively 4 points behind west brom with our goal difference, they also have a game in hand. We are down end of.

It looks that way,its said their working hard on the training ground and it showed today,we deserved a point today.Hitting the back of the net is the biggest problem but 3 points are a must against Fulham.I think we can do it.

We played well at Arsenal and conceded two late goals, played well second half at Liverpool and gave a good account of ourselves at Man City?
None of those games proved to be a turning point, to win games you need to score goals, something we don't do anywhere near often enough. So, no for me, but love to be wrong.

We have big games against the teams around us coming up though, win those and it could look very different.

It's not an easy task though.

we look clueless when it comes to scoring, and they are the only things that win you games.

Lets face it, the minute we sacked Malky and replace him with that clueless Norwegian, we were doomed to relegation. IMO the damage has already been done!

In terms of our players being played to strengths and knowing our best team/formation yes!

In terms of our strikers being non existent at finishing, no

Don't be so f*cking stupid. We may well go down but to just write us off with so many points to play for is just ridiculous.

1 premier league win in 8 games!? 6 loses out of that 8! You're gonna wait for another 3 losses before your gonna judge him?

You duly entered stage left and to confirm your retard status you post that. Try learning to read scouser.

AWAY: Man U, Man C, Tottenham, Swansea. I expected 0 points.

HOME: West H, Norwich, Villa, Hull. I expected 6 points.

We got 4 points.

Our last 8 before Ogs:

AWAY: Stoke. Liverpool, Crystal Palace, Arsenal: Expected 2 points.

HOME: Arsenal, West B, Soton, Sunderland: Expected 6 points

We got 5 points.

Things haven`t become worse. We are still shit infront of goal and there is a reason why we got 2 wins in the last 16 matches in PL.

Did you expect OGS to come in and turn Cardiff into a winning machine? Im realistic and have accepted the fact that we fucked up big time in our pre season and we now suffer from having a squad that dont have what it takes and we got possibly the worst bench in the PL so we cant make super subs either.

Fulham is must win, win this and all of a sudden we put pressure on the teams above us. Still 24 points for us to play for.

Lets hope our players have more fight than some of our fans.

We would have stayed up under Malky if he could have strengthened in January,it would'nt have been pretty and that's the rub some would rather lose 5-4 than see a shit 0-0,must be something to do with the rugger gene.

In other matches people whine that we are All out attack and got no defence.

When we play defensively that`s also wrong cause we aint shooting enough.

Good game today, the boys made me get a little bit of hope again.

Sunderland's games in hand are away to Liverpool and the other is against West Brom.

Plus we have to play both of them but both are quite a while awhile.

For the record I don't think we're going to stay up but it isn't over yet.

Apparently according to the OGS fanboys, you get points for playing "attractive" football!
