Paul Merson thinks Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is out of his depth and will not be able to save Cardiff from relegation.
The Norwegian has only managed one Premier League win since taking over from Malky Mackay who was sacked by controversial owner Vincent Tan in December.
Cardiff are now languishing in 19th place three points away from safety, while they were in 16th position and two points clear of the drop zone when Solskjaer took over.
And former Arsenal star Merson thinks leaving Norwegian side Molde to come to the Premier League and save a team from relegation was too much to ask.
"I think it was a bad move for him taking the job," he told Sky Sports. "He looks well out of his depth and was a big call to come from Norway to the Premier League."
Cardiff will be hoping to bounce back from their nightmare 4-0 home defeat to Hull last week with a win over Spurs at White Hart Lane tomorrow, though the Bluebirds have lost their last six away games.

He's going to be a great manager but you wonder what the next 5-6months holds for everyone at the club really.

Why is he going to be a great manager? What evidence is there to back that up?

Good grounding working for fergie and was successful albeit in a poorish league.

So did lots of others, e.g. Brian Kidd, Rene Muelensteen, Steve McLaren, etc, etc. Working for Fergie has no relevance whatsoever. Success in Norway is no great shakes with regards to ability to manage in the Premier League
