Season Ticket Renewal Question

Hi Carl/Annis or those who know the answer,

Wondering if anyone can help me. I am a current season ticket holder and have been for many years and have the price freeze. Does anyone know if I don't renew by Friday if I will lose my price freeze prize. The only reason why I am asking is I don't get paid until Friday and I am working away so I may not have the opportunity to sort out the purchase before close of business on Friday. I am going to be renewing and was looking at doing that when I get home online Friday night or Saturday morning (so before the seats are released).

I have gone through the Q&A's but nothing on there about this.

I just think its mad (but not surprising this season!) that the deadline is the same day as most get paid - surely they should have given an extra week (especially as they only went on sale during this pay month!).

i dont know the answer...........my guess is friday is the last day.
ive half expected them to extend it, but there hasnt even been a post saying how many have been sold.
anyway the obvious advice is ring the ticket office tomorrow..gl

Definitely ring the ticket office and explain your situation. Surely if they tell you that there is a deadline time, just your word should be enough as a loyal fan but even if a small deposit was required, then that would still be more money paid upfront than those like myself who have renewed on the 10 month finance and therefore have not handed over a penny yet but renewed on goodwill. Surely.. To be fair, I usually find the birds in ticket office helpful. Good luck mate

The deadline is only to reserve your current seat.

True , but also the seats do not get released until 7/8 march anyway so he has a bit of time , a quick phone call and they will reserve the booking for Saturday . There may well be a weeks extension coming up anyway with so many booking late .

I think you could be right Thomas about there being a extension as there are thousands yet to renew

Thanks for those who gave sensible and helpful replies. I have emailed the ticket office also with the suggestion for the extension as I bet there will be quite a few who will have to wait for pay day to sort their tickets out (especially as they only went on sale after last payday!) and may well also be in work on Friday.

Common sense should be applied but sadly not a phrase used often with our club (or some of our fans - yes home Friday evening about 8ish which is after close of business). I am hopeful I will get the opportunity on Friday between meetings but hopefully the lines will be busy with all the true fans renewing to support our club as some of us have through good times and bad.
