Why are European fans so much more vocal? They're in modern stadiums like us but the noise is a different level. Watching the olimpiankos fans is suprising. No flairs either before that's brought up. They bounce, sing, boo opposisiton constantly on a regular basis. why can't we?

Its the way society is these days.nobody can be bothered. It seems there's no enthusiasm for anything these days unless it benefits people personally.

You certainly won't get stewards over there going up and down the aisles telling supporters to sit down, that is for sure

Their supporters are actively encouraged to be as hostile as possible, the drums are constant, the guys on the megaphones getting the supporters going, by starting the chants etc

Don't think so, in the 70s and 80s British clubs supporters took far bigger numbers, who were more lively and louder, boisterous compared to the Europeans, both home and away

Club fans on the continent haven't had to endure the overkill restrictions and health and safety that us British fans have to. They want you to politely clap over here at football grounds and that's it lol. Its become engrained in our mentality that anything other than a polite clap should be frowned upon, because it might offend someone. Can't even sing songs anymore without someone getting offended.

your not allowed to do f**k all at football in this country....you have to be very careful, they dont seem to have to abide by any rules or restrictions let alone what we have..you hardly saw foreign fans over here back in the day..now anyone and everyone that owns a hoody and a horn comes over...safe as houses for them.
