Seen a few threads now 'we are creating chances'. Yes it is good to watch a more attacking game with us creating more chances but it is meaningless because it's goals that win matches.
Games like, Sunderland, West Ham, Villa & Hull were there for the taking. The Sunderland game we should have been 6 or 7 up by half time. Instead we were only just up and Sunderland came back and got a point.
Last 3 Premiership games against Swansea, Villa & Hull:
ATTEMPTS ON GOAL 52 ON TARGET 14 GOALS SCORED 0On the other hand, Hull for example, 6 attempts on target & 4 goals scored. Unfortunately not enough striking quality in the team. Goals one end and conceding less the other end is what counts and we cannot seem to do that at the moment. Hopefully Sunday we can do the unexpected and give Spurs a good game.
