Not usually a pessimist but i will be very suprised if we dont go down this season.

We need to finish on 40 points to almost guarentee us not going down.. where are we going to get those points from?

These are our fixtures for the rest of the season, our results will probably look somthing like this:

Man City v Cardiff - 0 Points
Man Utd v Cardiff - 0 Points
Cardiff v Norwich - 3 Points
Swansea v Cardiff - 0 Points
Cardiff v Aston Villa- 1 Point
Cardiff V Hull City - 1 Point
Tottenham v Cardiff - 0 Points
Cardiff V Fullham - 3 Points
Everton v Cardiff - 0 Points
Cardiff v Liverpool - 0 Points
West Brom - Cardiff - 1 Point
Cardiff v Crystal Palace - 3 Points
Southhampton v Cardiff - 0 Points
Cardiff v Stoke - 1 Point
Sunderland v Cardiff - 1 Point
Newcastle v Cardiff - 0 Points
Cardiff v Chelsea - 0 Points

Some of you might not agree with all the scorelines i have chosen but realistically we are going to finish the season with roughly 31 points.

We are going to have to cause some HUGE upsets to even stand a chance of staying up - thats the reality of our situation and its why we are 2nd favorites to go down

Just pointing out - realistic predictions which are almost bang on aside from the hull game which we didn't even get a point from

Thought I would repost as some fans still seem to be labeling games as guaranteed wins - no such thing at the moment because we are playing awful

Please OGS pull this one out of the bag - 38 points minimum to stay up IMO so where are you gonna get the extra 7 points from?

so far your pretty close..we need to have a confidence boost, a shock result followed by a 2nd descent result. a point at spurs could be it............Southampton and Newcastle away........both sides have little to play for, cant go down, cant make europe out of the cups, its going to be difficult keeping them motivated........thats my hope anyway

Stoke home we would have to win, plus one or two wins plus a draw of the Soton, WBA, Sunderland and Newcastle away games and maybe nick at point Liverpool home and one of Spurs/Everton away.

We need a blinding April basically, probably the greatest escape of all time if we pulled it off!
