Vince Alm Cardiff City Supporters Club

http://www.annisabraham.co.uk/?p=802

It is looking more than likely it could be my ninth relegation following Cardiff City can’t complain been a good 14 years since the last, but it has been tough for so many other reasons than just recent poor performances. A season of hope and enjoyment evaporated as the first rumours of a rift between Tan and the management staff broke in late September which deteriorated into comical farce more suitable for a soap opera than a football club!

Whatever happens during the rest of the season we now need to stick together more than ever and keep our (Supporters) pride and dignity in tact starting this Sunday at spurs by focusing our energy and support to the 11 players on the pitch!
Cardiff City; we've got supporters from the Rhondda Valleys; from the Cynon Valley. We've got supporters from Blackwood, Rumney valley, Barry, Bridgend, Port Talbot. Neath, Newport, Forest of Dean, Monmouth, Heads of the valleys, Brecon, Hollyhead, north Wales, Cwmbran, Ely valley, Measteg, Glyncorwg, Caerau maesteg, Llantwit, Penarth, all of the Vale of Glamorgan, Llanelli, Carmarthen, Swansea, Pembroke, Aberystwyth, Bristol, London, Australia, America, Norway, Holland etc. And right here in all Cardiffians. Some of you may have experienced discrimination because of your point of view regarding the rebrand. But for you and me now, all that is gone.

We're moving into freefall as a club rudderless with no plan; but we will together support the team and each other through this difficult period whatever the final outcome. And you won't care what there view once was, or by what name they call the club. They say we are already relegated! Now let us understand the situation. We are going into battle against tough and determined opponents, and a club being run like a circus but all is not lost!

Can’t promise you that we will stay up? But before you, that when we go into battle at spurs on Sunday, I will be the first to start singing once the game starts, and I will be the last to stop, and I will do my best to keep us together during these tough times.

There are plenty of tickets left for Spurs, so show your support for the team and each other no more excuses.
This was our time lets not waste it because of some bizarre decisions made outside of our control 51 years of pain and suffering enjoy what’s left of it together as one group.

Sound like as speech from the film"we were soldiers" but so very true. The speech made by Gen Hal Moore of the 7th US Air Cav prior to deployment into La Trang Valley in Vietnam.

Its to late.

Personally had a guts full now, when I am in a stadium where the majority of fans
cant be bothered to 'stand up for their history' its game over.

Rotten and divided to the core, to many people there for all the wrong reasons and don't
know the meaning of the word 'support'.

We have had these 'speeches' before, face it, those of us with any passion are now outnumbered.

Swansea Away and Saturday finished me, I have never been so sad to leave a stadium.

My feelings leaving the stadium Saturday was that as well.

The rally cries from the forums like this one are minimal compared to the atmosphere within the stadium. What has made it like this is the excitement of starting in the premier then going through all the aggrivents of the season to the reality that this season is turning out to be a total waste of time. I just wonder how many of us said we were going to enjoy this season regardless of what happens have enjoyed it. I don't see many of them preaching now.

Like you I feel it is too late. It is just the way it has gone that has made me feel like it. I now hope that when the obvious happens the reality will hit in big time and the fingers will not just point but start stabbing into the individual that has caused all this and that is the man himself Tan.

we don't need a war cry on a messageboard

do you honestly believe it is going to make a difference.

there are/have been plenty of people trying to get things going both home and away
and it is like banging your head against a wall.

we have had these messages before, there was one after the Swansea game and it
made little difference.

on Saturday and at Swansea anyone or group of people trying to get something going are alienated
by thousands of empty souls sat on their hands.

as I said, rotten and divided to the core and to little to late.

How can i unite with a bloke next to me if he is wearing a red Beermat shirt;and i am stood there in all my Blue CARDIFF CITY gear.I could not bring myself to interact with the red.I think that would be true for a lot of us.

we got to get the ccs rocking, we have only really done it once this season, that was Man City, the club need us, if we are bouncing from start to finish that will give the players a lift for sure, most games this season with in the first 5 minutes you can hear the players shouting...not only that our fans have been so negative towards the team even before we kick off.....so lets all rally together, even if it means getting a few beers inside you to get your self going do it....i for one will be screaming my heart out......until we have the dreaded (R) next to our club which i still think we got a chance we wont see it there...i will be backing the team till the end
