I knew west ham would beat us. It pissed me off everyone was so cocky pre match.

Hoped that after the Hull, Swansea and Villa results the fans would realise that those teams you listed will be favourites to win

The reality of the situation is that 12 points from this games is almost unattainable - Feburary was the month where 12 points was needed

Crystal Palace - Good form and organisation under Tony Pulis, playing better football although not scoring loads either... Draw?
WBA - Away from home, they are in a similar boat to us but without all the off field problems.. Again a draw
Sunderland - Away from home, turning it around under Poyet and playing better football than us... Loss
Fullmam - Inconsistent but can play reasonable football, new manager - could turn things around?.. Win, hopefully

I think 5 points is much more realistic which simply isn't going to be good enough to stay up
