i think there is to many changing things up, our back 4 for one is a must sort out.....keep with the same 4 for a few games rather than chop and change, 1 minute, french kev, then super kev, then fabio,

I understand that Solskaer is looking for his best 11 but surly after being 8-9 weeks in charge he has an idea, all this chopping and changing i think is making us they way we are, Only Marshall has played every game under him.

Because he ain't got a clue what his best team is
Needs to play one team and stick to it but it's getting to late now

Goes to show how LITTLE you and your negative friends know about football. Why dont you ask mourinho the same question?
Or any other manager who still lives in the 20`th century of the game..

There is a big difference between managing a squad like Chelsea or man city to managing cardiff or norwich .
With the big teams you take one world class player out and replace him with another one , and they very rarely change tactics or philosophy's .
At a club like cardiff we have very little real premier league quality and when you chop and change it effects the team a hell of a lot more than it would at chelsea .

Ive said this before.. You NEED squad depth. Injuries, new players settling, fatigue -Picking the team you think is best against opposition etc. You have the players you have, and have to deal with it. Same for everyone, both top and bottom.
Its obvious fabio and john are first pick at fullback, equally obvius why they cant play every match.. Obvious! medel, mutch and
bellamy in mid, as to why they dont play every game. At top? well, not much to choose from is there? What puzzle me is, dont people understand this? Even Nathan the legend Blakey? Or are they just having a piss?

The Norwegians on here said at the time he took over that Ole liked to rotate his squad.

I agree he's done it too much, particularly with the back four.
