the only one thing i can see oli doing wrong is his team selection and all the changes with the team i think he needs to pick his best 11 and a formation that our team is comfortable with but lets give him some credit hes only been our manager since january so its a whole new team and backround for him. now is the time to get behind the team to boost theyre morals not constantly put them down for being 'shit'
